Feelings of Love, Joy and Acceptance are high frequency. Feelings of Shame, Guilt, Grief and Fear are low frequency. So if you're feeling "flat", you're vibing low. If your feeling "elated", you're vibing high.
Try it out:
1) Close your eyes... Think about something that really annoys you - a bitchy colleague, a politician, a nasty relative, or even a flat tyre in the rain.
Q: How does this thought make you feel in your body? Where do you feel it? What does it feel like - heavy, dark? This is a low vibration.

2) Close your eyes... Think of something you love unconditionally - your beautiful kids, a loved pet, a treasured grandparent, or even spring time flowers.
Q: How does this thought make you feel, in your body? Where do you feel it? What does it feel like - light and airy? This is a high vibration.
Why is this so important to know, when trying to losing weight? Well just like magnets, we attract things of the same vibration... you may have heard of the Law of Attraction - yeah, that's what I'm talking about.
So if your day is spent criticising yourself, feeling depressed and unattractive, and you're full of guilt and shame, what do you think you're going to attract???? Yep, doom and gloom. I've been there too, and it's a deep, dark, well of despair. Add food restrictions, and being self-conscious in a gym to that, and it's a recipe for disaster.
Knowing how to flip the switch on your vibe, is my forte. That's all I do! I help people get out of the rut of negative thought patterns... and with the simplest of shifts, things get easier. When the vibes are high, we attract the same. When we feel good, we make better choices, and we interact with others differently. It's simple, and it works, and it forms a solid basis for lasting weight loss.
