Lately I've been totally busy, working, studying, organising a house renovation, and the usual chaotic family stuff. Of course I was getting
run-down and my body said "NO MORE" by catching a really nasty cold.
On about day 2, my head was thumping, nose running, eyes watering... instead of working through it (like I normally would), I decided to stop and ask myself "how did you get so
run-down?".
Obviously my hectic life was the issue, but how could I possibly change this when everything needed to be done ASAP? So I asked myself what does "ASAP" mean to me??? and I got the answer, NOW! TODAY! URGENT!
It was all of a sudden clear to me, "ASAP"
does not mean NOW! TODAY! or URGENT! sometimes it means NEXT WEEK, NEXT MONTH or maybe even SORRY I CAN'T.
I created my hectic life, and today I have decided to change it.
Now "ASAP" means...As Soon As Possible (according to me and my wellbeing).
Hope you're all putting your health first : ) Leave me a comment, I'd love to hear from you.
